Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (On-Site)
Compensation: $22.00- $23.00/hour
Job Summary:
The Print Shop Operator is responsible for operating and troubleshooting UV printers, ensuring the delivery of visually defect-free printed products and fostering an efficient production process. This role requires strong computer navigation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and troubleshoot printers and related software effectively.
Inspect printed products to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
Proactively manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and independently seek solutions.
Maintain accurate production records.
Adapt to evolving processes and new procedures.
Qualifications:
Efficient and accurate operation of printing equipment.
Consistent production of high-quality products with minimal defects.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and adapt to production changes.
Proficiency in navigating computer systems for equipment operation.
Initiative in identifying and resolving issues.
Previous experience in a print shop or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not required.
Familiarity with UV printing is a plus.
